Hello everyone, my name is Derick Soland. I have been a career firefighter for over 10 years in Washington State. I have a beautiful family including my awesome wife and two amazing boys. I have spent over the last ten years of my life pursuing the best version of myself through reading books, listening to advice from successful people, and applying as much as possible. I have found purpose and great joy in helping people and organizations discover their deepest desires and to empower, encourage, and share life skills so they are able to actually attain them. I believe every person has experienced regret of some kind from wishing they would have gave someone a call to wishing they could pursue a dream career. If you find yourself knowing that you could become a more confident person, free from fear and all barriers preventing you from achieving your desires then you found the right place.
My Goal
My desire is to help you become the person you know you’re capable of being, discover the life you desire and to empower, motivate, and support you to attain all of it. I believe that most of us don’t know what we want or how to ask the right questions so I will be intentional in helping guide your pursuit. The only way I achieve my goals are if you do too, I am for you, I am with you, I believe in you, we are better than we think in every way, so we need to change the way we think.
